What I would like is a mod that retextures the Gobi Campaign scout rifle as well as some armor and either a baret or helmet that matches the All-American rifle. I doesn't have to feature the 82nd AB stuff, but it would be cool. Any takers on doing this, or pointing me in the direction of how to do it myself? I have exp with .dds files, so any help on that would be great if you'd like.

I was just wondering why all the inhabited buildings in Fallout look like crap. 200 years after the war and they still haven't even attempted to clean anything...what's up with that?
