  1. I thought that might be the case, what with the shenanigans you have to go through with having your load order just so to make it work, but I was hoping that wasn't the case. Darn it. Thanks mate.
  2. Just got to Nipton, and I am approaching the town hall, when the game just decides to throw its hands in the air and go "nope, not doin' it." I tried approaching from different directions, but it seems that as soon as I get within a certain distance, the game crashes. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this or how to get around it? Load order here.
  3. I think I see your problem. From the World of Pain mod page: Have you tried this?
  4. As the title says, my Pip-Boy light is stuck in the "on" position, and I can't seem to get it to turn off. In fact, toggling the light just seems to put another light on top of the one already present, making it doubly annoying. I don't know it this is an issue with one of the mods I'm running or not (link to load order), but my thoughts is that it might be something with Flashlight NVSE. Anyone have any suggestions?
  5. Darn it. Welp, time to see just what I can do without... Thanks!
  6. Yes, this sounds like a simple texture derp. Are you using a pip-boy removing mod? If so, then there's really not much you can do about this, as far as I know. The player models really weren't designed to be seen without the Pip-Boy, so if the mod you're using isn't very well-supported, then that might be the issue. If you can post your load order (If you're using Nexus Mod Manager, there should be a button on the left side of the load order screen) it would help. Then again, I could be entirely wrong. Anyone with a bit more knowledge about this know anything?
  7. So I've been playing with my absolutely silly amount of mods for a bit now, and I just completed the DEIMOS quest mod, and I'm super crippled, so I fast-travel back to Goodsprings. I limp over to the good doctor's house, Niner in tow, only for the loading screen's roulette wheel to be replaced by pink squares. This throws a flag in my head, but not so much as the fact that, once the house loads, the floor texture is twenty-seven kinds of messed up, with squares in the floor having all different types of textures, none of them being the right one. Writing it off as a graphical bug, I go to talk to Doc, but neither regular talking nor the Quick Trade mod seem to work. I then tried hitting the escape key, but the menu failed to appear, so I had to kill the game using Windows Task Manager. Does anyone have any idea what is going on here or how to fix it? Load order is here.
  8. Huh. In that case, I am flummoxed. The only suggestion I can think of is reinstalling, but, you know, that's annoying to do and you would probably lose your progress.
  9. I recommend the following: 1) Don't panic. 2) Go to your Steam library, right click on "Fallout New Vegas" (unless you have Ultimate Edition, then click on that) 3) Select "Delete Local Content" 4) Assuming you installed normally, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas if it still exists and delete whatever lies there. 5) Go to C:\Program Files, and delete the Nexus Mod Manager folder (of Fallout Mod Manager, if you used that). 5) Go to C:\Users\<YOUR_USERNAME_HERE>\Documents\My Games and delete the FalloutNV folder. 6)Re install all the things. Hope this helps!
  10. This might sound a bit odd, but is he using tgm in the console? I happened to find out earlier today that sprint doesn't work in god mode for whatever reason, so maybe it's affecting bullet time as well?
  11. Okay, so I've just spent quite some time setting up and tweaking my mod list, as per the pastebin here, but when I start the game (using the 4GB loader, ofc), the title screen loads, but no menu fails to appear, as does my cursor. Is this a fault of one of the mods, or is my computer just too weaksauce to handle the stress? EDIT: Found the problem; it looks like there was some issue with Classic Fallout Weapons. Uninstalling it fixed the issue.
