  1. Haha cool , we don't get that kind of weather here in Sweden. Will try it out, thanks. Btw after a thorough search on google I have found one guy who seems to have a similar problem as me, getting the same wierd safety load log message. He posted on the Safety Load forum a few months back (here), but no solution was posted. I've sent him a message to ask if he ever solved the problem.
  2. I'll see if I can find something out at the Safety Load forum, good idea. I can indeed go to coc qasmoke without a hitch, interesting. The reloading of the savegame did not work tho. I don't know much about TES5edit, but yeah I can load all the plugins, I mean I get no error message or anything. I agree it's a bit mysterious this problem, can't seem to find other people having a similar problem. You might be right about some corruption somewhere, I had issues with randomly getting corrupted downloads when downloading mods from nexus via the MO interface using MO 1.2. I downgraded to MO 1.1.2 (I saw otehr reports of issues using 1.2 as well) and that seemed to fix it, but who knows, some malevolent little corruption might have sneaked its way in somehow... It really would help to somehow see WHICH of the 100+ mods is the source of the problem and might be corrupted, if only it were that simple eh?
  3. Lord Garon: I've already got ugrids to load, haven't touched the settings (default is automatically set to ugrids=5 right?), it's recommended by the STEP guide. Thanks though !
  4. @Georgiegril SKSE 1.7 did not help, and apparently the save game script cleaner did not find any orphaned scripts, which makes sense since I did not uninstall or update any mods. Man, I would reinstall everything from scratch and start a new character but what's to say I won't get the same problem a couple of days into the game again? Really puts you off modding!! Anyways thanks for trying to help.
  5. @Georgiegril Thanks for your input, I think I'll try out SKSE 1.7 and a script cleaner and see if that works (and drop a few things from my inventory although I dont thave THAT much in there =/). But no I did not uninstall or update anything.. All I've done is deactivated some mods or features via the MCM menu. What in the papyrus log tells you that there are orphaned scripts by the way? I'll report back when I have had the time to test @camaro Wow extended plus 100 mods that's impressive lol! And I thought my problem was perhaps I had too many mods :P. I did not include the STEP patch because I thought you could only use the patch if you're following STEP to the letter. So instead I manually added patches that were included in the STEP patch (the guide sort of had instructiobns for what patches to get if you were NOT using the step patch). So afaik it should not be a problem, but who knows. Regarding the optimized textures no I'm using the hybrid version so they should both be there actually.
  6. Post updated. The STEP people seem to be waiting for SKSE 1.7 until they oficcially will make recommendations on the memory patch. But yeah I probably will use the patch if I can first figure out what is causing the ILS. Does the sheason patch have any positive effects on ILS or is that completely different?
  7. So my character cannot move to any new location that would involve getting a load screen without gettin an ILS, i.e I cannot fast travel to any location, and I cannot enter any interiors (which seems odd as usually people seem to get ILS when entering exteriors). It's really a bummer because I have been extremely careful with my current mod setup (to the best of my abilities), starting from a pristine Skyrim install and reading up on everything I could. The character is quite new, only played a couple of days before these issues emerged. I havent uninstalled or messed around with mods in the midst of it that would cause the savegame to be corrupted as far as I know. I did however install two minor mods ("Guess the distance - perceptive scoupting" and "Telescope" by KettleWitch), but as far as I know you should be able to install those without having to create a new character. I'm using a mod setup which is basically STEP:core with a few things removed and a few added, notably Frostfall and SkyRe, see Load Order below. The vanilla masters have been cleaned. My computer is running windows 8, Intel i5, 8GB ram, Nvidia GTX 650 1GB VRAM. I'm running ENBoost as per the STEP guide. I tried using Safety Load but it didnt help, but it does generate e 300+ MB log file that just repeats *** Warning. Game requested 1153MB for one object. *** thousands of times until I force exit skyrim. I am not using any ridiculous textures (I'm even using the lower quality variants of some of the STEP texture mods) so I have no idea what this object could be. This warning message is identical, ie always 1153MB, wherever I try to go or fast-travel. Using the Memory Blocks Log by Sheason the block never reached 256, so that doesn't seem to be an issue (I am not using the actual Sheason memory patch). Here's the papyrus log : BOSS log : Skyrim.ini: skyrimprefs.ini: If you have any ideas what could be the problem or if you could tell me how to continue troubleshooting on my own that would be greatly appreciated!
