Looks like it was the wetness setting that was causing the problem, thanks for the help.

So I'm running a modded game with lighting tweaks like darker nights and Fr4nssons Lighting Tweaks, and Vivid weathers. Whenever a storm or other weather effect happens everything is saturated bright white or black and objects repeat. I have tried troubleshooting by uninstalling and reinstalling the mods one by one and the problem still occurred without any active/installed. Any ideas or suggestions?

So, I'm an idiot when it comes to tech. And I'm also using the ultimate edition through steam. There are override folders in the dragon age folder found in the steam directory, documents folder, and in the my documents folder. I have no clue if i'm supposed to copy files into a certain one or all of them?
