[Need help with blade and sorcery mods!]

I went the manual route and made sure all the mods i downloaded are up to date. i downloaded the outer rim mod and dark chains mod. my blade and sorcery game is in my (E:) folder not (C:) but ive never had problems with the pathway being on my harddrive. its in the streamingassets folder as every website i have looked at has told me. I also tried it with vortex but it didnt work after i installed, moved them to the same folder and enabled them. Can someone help me figure out what i did wrong?
