I am new to game modding on PC. I'm primarily a console player and use things like creation club and such, but I want to learn how to mod on PC. I am starting with Fallout 4, a personal favorite of mine, but do not know where to start. I do want to add things like body sliders and outfits, weapons and content as well. What should I start with?
