I have the same problem. I have 147 mods installed, 102 od them active but most are player homes, clothing etc.
I know my way around a load order and can use both Boss and TES5Edit, and except 8 warnings connected to a SoS Patch that is inactive everyting is ok... apparently not.
The problem happens in only a few places.. Falkret Jar's house and an Inn somewhere else, Markart or Morthal, so it's not everywhere.
I noticed it just yesterday, so it must have happened AFTER I installed ICBINE 2 and... after that I installed Tamriel Reloaded without ENB too. so yeah... any idea what's wrong and HOW to find which files are missing?

This guide is great, I started modding my game without knowing much about it. Just tended to do what was said in the description of the mod. Then I started to CTD so I found out about TES5Edit and Boss/Loot. Only in this post did I find out about Wrye! Now everything in Wrye AND Boss is green! Love it!
