[Camera wobble bob issue]

After trying many things I found the sway goes and the camera bob is minimized if I set the graphics (under Options on the loader) to Low.

Is this just an issue I am having?

I decided to take advantage of the big discount on Skyrim SE but I've had a number of issues with the game that did not seem to exist in the Legendary Edition. Mods also seem to be more problematic :(

But my main issue, which is making the game unplayable, is a constant wobble or bobbing effect when moving, with a sort of camera bob forward or refocus when I stop moving.

Has anyone experienced this? I've tried to find solutions but all the bugs connected to the camera seem to be something called the stutter or micro-stutter bug but I don't think my issue is the same thing (and the solutions for it don't work anyway).

How can I get back to the smoother way LE camera worked?
