Anybody getting lenny's trainer and rampage not working properly? This also is the same for red dead trainer. The menu loads up when I hit F5 but then I do some interactions in the game like entering buildings, cutscenes, interacting, F5 button don't work no more. Only way for me to make it work again is when I restart the whole game which is a pain in the A**. This is for single player story mode.
