Hello everyone. I am trying to change magicka cost of healing spell but i cannot change it. I can change the magnitude but i cannot change it's mana cost. Am i missing something?

Yes i have realized that but it breaks all of my immersion and plans. I know i can create specific items for this but is there any other way? Like the Ultima Online system? Give me the x orcish warhammer for (prize) or anything different?

Hello everyone. I want to adjust experience rate but i am confused. How this system works? For example i want to create specific item that increases smithing greatly. How can i adjust that? I want to make some items less profitable and some of them much.
