I don't have an answer, but I'm posting because I have this going on too and I'd love to know why. The bewildering part is that when I use the formID finder, all the items with German words are coming from oblivion.esm.

I've been liking Kobus Character Advancement System, but it looks like Realistic Leveling is newer and does all the same things, so you should probably go for that.

Absolutely sure. In fact, BOSS usually puts CybBPcompatibility.esp below the bashed patch and streamline even higher up (I only moved streamline a little because moving things around in Wrye seems to be a pain)

Your mod selection doesn't look intensive enough, stat or location wise, to really cause incompatabilities, but you will of course want to use the combination of Oblivion Mod Manager, Better Oblivion Sorting System, and Wrye Bash to manage your mod order just so. As far as mods you would want, I suspect you would enjoy Immersive Interiors and it's required All Natural. I like having A Bloody Mess, but it can be inconveniencing as far as the effect it has on your stats and trying to get clean. If you like Robert's Female Body, you'd probably like Sensual Walks for Female NPCs. If you have the DLC Horse Armor, then Imperial Horse Armor will make sure you're not the only cool kid with horse armor, which bugged me. That's about all that really stands out in my own load order as mods that would fit in with your mods. The rest of my stuff is gameplay/location content. Anyhow, enjoy!

So, I almost have my Oblivion game experience set up just how I want it, with maximum content for minimum glitches. However, I've got two bugs that I am having an extreme amount of trouble squashing. The first, and most important, is that dismounting during combat often (but not always) takes 5-20 seconds, during which I can't move, and I can't look around except up and down. As you would imagine, this is quite the disadvantage, but I don't really have any idea how to go about fixing it. Does anyone have any ideas? Failing that, could anyone recommend a mod where I can fight on horseback? :D My second bug is really more of a matter of satisfying my curiosity, since I'm making a thread anyhow. Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul causes a CTD with my mod setup when I enter the Kvatch encampment. I can't pinpoint what object or cell is causing it. Kvatch proper doesn't seem to be the problem. Anyhow, I removed OOO and I'm enjoying myself just fine without it, so I won't be torn up if no one can provide an answer to what is going on.
