[Weird texture leaking glitch?]

hello, for some reason i have this issue with a lot of texture where this light or something that looks like a shadow or something comes out from underneath my textures. i am using NMC texture pack - washed-out and UHQ landscape over top of it. i used archive invalidation and everything for the most part is going find except for this weird glitch. It seems to happen at night mostly. Can someone help with this really annoying problem? im addding a picture now

[Valt 13 Canteen Script for item ?]

Hello Nexus ! I wanted to know how to add the Vault 13 canteen script ( Id like to edit the message as-well and the timing ) to a armor i am working on, it has a water pack on the back and id like to know how i could add this feature as a effect on the armor in G.E.C.K or any other way.

Oh! The Ranger armor from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10277/? you can download the entire mod with a whole bunch of armors that look just as cool or download it separately under the file tab under optionals

[Invisible Quiver]

Can someone make a mod where all quivers are invisible ? Ive seen mods that hide them but at the expense of hiding the arrows when they are getting pulled back

[New Quiver Placement]

While not exactly what you're asking for, try Chesko's Belt-fastened Quivers. It places all quivers at the belt on your back, and it has the animation for drawing an arrow to go with it. I never looked back after getting it. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35717/?

I tried that mod and yeah its nice, but it has more clipping issues than this potentially does i think, its less out of the way. But i tried the animation and it actually works for this placement pretty well, So that animation could be useful possibly ! But i still really need someone to help with the placement.. -_- But thanks for the reply i appreciate it !

[New Quiver Placement]

Hey, so i have a idea for a Quiver placement mod, i downloaded Asier Armor from Omesean who i am sure many of you are familiar with ( its a awesome mod ) http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35094/? and i noticed he had a belt for thieves , which added a lot of cool little belt objects but one thing that caught my eye was the quiver placement on the side of the hip, its really cool because its out of the way for the most part and looks really simple. so i thought why not make a mod that just replaces the current quiver location to that spot?i included some pictures of how it looks, it might not look as good because my chacter is a little skinny so it has a bit of a gap, but im just trying to see if anyone can make a mod that moves it there and maybe make a animation takeing the quiver out of there aswell, but that can come later. The placement is the thing i REALLY would like to see

 

 

[Hidden Quivers?]

I was thinking if someone could make a mod where all quivers are hidden completely? i know there are some out there but the only problem is that they make the arrow invisible as-well.
