Ah alright. Well I don't know anything really about the creation kit so I wouldn't know where to start. But since it is only certain NPCs and not ALL of my NPCs I'm going to take a wild guess and say that it's one of the custom NPC mods that's doing it.

Greetings Everyone! Since first downloading Skyrim I've been piling on the mods, and there seems to be some conflicting issues with one or more of them that has resulted in a few different NPCs having face and body color mismatches. I've done a bit of research on the matter and found the following paragraph included in Apachii Skyhair's description: "If you have an NPC changing mod that is made with the CK you have to also install all the created - exported- head meshes and face textures - face tints for every changed NPC or else every changed NPC will have a grey-green face. Make sure you install all the files from the NPC mod." However I am confused on A: Figuring out what NPC mods that I have installed were made with the creation kit and B: How to export said meshes/textures. Also not ALL NPCs do have the above mentioned grey faces, just a small portion of them. Below I have listed the mods I currently have installed.
