Just did a fresh install of my skyrim and got the unofficial patches downloaded using newest NMM. Went to see if everything download correct and it seems to have until I get near water and it begans flickering and sounds like I am swimming whenever I move. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Skyrim had been working for me just the night before but when I tried to play today the game updated and now it crashes before I get to the main menu. I haven't added any new mods. Steam version of game. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim Nexus Mod Manager. Newest Update which worked last night. Don't use LOOT but never needed it before.
