Nevermind Im a moron.

I have been wanting to make some custom animations for cloaks and robes and I just cannot for the life of me find the program that allows me to export from 3ds max. I have searched, i feel that I might have searched wrong but still. Any help would be appreated.

With the GECK you can modify parameters of Items, Find the item in geck and DUPLICATE IT then alter the duplicate.
