This is a simple fix, guys. You can download the rollback through steam directly, no shady upload site required. start up the Run app in windows, and copy and paste this in the box: steam://nav/console You should see the steam console appear. In the box type the following: download_depot 377160 377162 9105915958081115649 It will download the old 1.10.40 runtime. You should see in the console where it downloaded it to (i.e. steamapps/content). Simply copy and paste into you Fallout 4 root folder( NOT DATA) and presto, like the update never happened. Always keep a back copy of the exe. for Bethesda little tomfoolery like this.
