I already have both, nothing changed. What merge patch?

Im having constant crashes, generally while in loading screen or just after a map is loaded. My PC configuration is fine and thats not the problem. I tried some tweaks on the .ini but it didnt worked. Anything I can do? Mods im using: http://i.imgur.com/859dC.png

The "Open" color is amber while "E) Crate" is red.

Except that my launcher ignores the Mod Manager. I have the correct configuration in both files, yet the option remains grayed out. The Mod Manager fixes exactly nothing. Same with me.
