  1. Ok so I am thinking of getting seriously into creating a mod soon. And I have concluded the only way I can get player dialogue working properly in scenes is with a dummy actor. I currently have an NPC called dummy actor with their name set to the players name when the quest starts. The actor is invisible, but I still hit them (run into them) And I can still talk to them (I used a package to get rid of idle chat/hellos etc. but meh, its not enough) My question is, what is the best way (or only way) to set up the actor to be completely invisible. By that I mean. No collision, (which I still have). And no intractability in anyway, other than to provide the subtitles for my players speech.
  2. Sorry to revive such an old thread but... Did anyone ever figure out the reason the faces were staying the same? Because I am having the exact same issue, and it is causing the bodies and faces not to match tone
  3. Thanks a lot for the information mate, only thing that I wonder is that if this is a 1.7 patch issue I am quite shocked to not find anything else (well I couldnt anyway =/) on the subject, which is why I assumed it must be on my end! Anyhow I will look into it, but I just finished uninstalling Skyrim and have to mod it back up again -.-
  4. Ok So, I am really quite confused here with the CK, Basically the other day I was using the CK, logged in Skyrim to check my quest, everything worked perfectly, then I went outside to play some tennis. When I got back, goddamn Steam had updated my Skyrim to 1.7, and my quest dialogue no longer fired, I uninstalled Fuz Ro Doh and tried recording some dialogue and coudlnt fix it, so I uninstalled Skyrim, and reinstalled it and the CK and remodded my Skyrim. I deleted my old quest to try again, I have now just opened the CK and tried to make a very simple bit of dialogue with one npc to test it, Created a female nord, with female nord voice, made just an opening piece of dialogue with GetStage > 10 and GetisRefAlias (tried just GetISID aswell) conditions but this first piece of dialogue just will not fire, the npc just keeps saying Standard Nord Greetings without saying anything related to my quest. For the record I have searched around numerous threads with this (or similar) problems and tried a few "solutions" to no avail Sorry for the TextWall Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is frustrating!
  5. Firstly I am sure this has been discussed before but, I cannot find it, Also sorry if this is the wrong place. Anyhow... So like, I am wondering how I can create a mod in the creation kit, with all my other mods enabled, for example so that I can create NPC's with all the improved textures from the ingame mods created by others (apaachi hair bellas improved females etc...) As well as animations from Mods such as Pinup Poser etc so that I can incorporate them into a mod. As from what I can see it does not include any of the mods I can see in game and if I try to load Skyrim.esm + update.esm + Almost any other mod it just says multiple master files selected operation aborted and doesnt load anything. Any suggestions?
