  1. You've already learned the effect. The magnitude depends on your skill/perks/soul gem used.
  2. 1. Kicking around random clutter on the floor hurts you. 2. You can kick a cart 20 feet away like it weighs like a bucket. 3. Knocking back enemies sometimes makes them disappear. 4. The goddamn UI. 5. No way to skip the intro sequence(Yeah i know there's a mod for it). 6. Companions has lousy pathfinding. Once encountered a Sabre Tiger and died within 2 bites. WHERE WERE YOU LYDIA? 7. Not enough zoom when using the bow. If someone can make a mod of it, please please make it scalable with the archery skill. The better your skill, the more you can zoom. 8. Stupid hotkey/favorite system. Sometimes the right hand does not show, have no idea what spell it's equipped with. So end up just tapping alternate spells to make sure it shows. 9. Would appreciate if it shows possible targets in the compass like in FO3 or FNV. No need to know if hostile or otherwise. 10. Over done HDR effects and eye adapt. To be continued...
  3. Think it would be better to lower the ingots merchants has, and to increase the difficulty needed to level the skill up. That way at least if you're short of one lonely ingot you could still buy it. How about scaling the armor against skill? For egsample Daedric Armor can only be effectively worn at heavy armor skill at 90. Those with lower skill can still wear the armor but will slow down the character, proportionate to the skill needed(regardless of the perk that ignores armor speed). I'm sure there's a mod coming our way to make this better. Patiently waiting for the creation kit/construction set to be released.
  4. From my experience, enchanting works by:- 1st - Disenchant - you will lose the item but learn the effect. This need only be done once per effect. Take note some mages robes offer a combo effect; IE. Alteration costs xx% less AND Magicka Regens xx% faster 2nd - Select item to enchant - different types of items will have different enchantments available to it. 3rd - Select effect - Based on effects you've already learned. 4th - Select Soul Gem (filled) - The better the quality of gem, the better the effect. A Grand Soul Gem will give a better effect over a Petty Soul Gem Lastly your own Enchantment skill & perks will determine how great the effect is. So; It's because you used a low quality gem and/or have low enchantment skills. When you beef your skill up you'll notice an improvement in your enchantments.
