  1. I haven't used the email you listed in a notice since my ISP changed hands almost 20 years ago (from cox.net to suddenlink.net). Now all of a sudden I get notified that you can't reach me by email? Obviously as it has been out of date for quite awhile. Problem is, when I try to update it in settings, it says I can't because that email is already in use!!! Of course it's in use... BY ME! What in the world is going on here?ð¤¦âï¸ Do I have two nexus accounts or something?
  2. Glad to hear that there may be some progress on the character editor at least. I'm dismayed by reports that Bioware may have intentionally made the female characters ugly. Misguided philosophy. Anyway, I thought some humor might be in order. How about "My Sara Ryder is so ugly that..." Here's a few responses I've thought of (may not make sense if you haven't played far enough): - Gil hit on her - Liam made her wear a helmet inside the Tempest - Peebee locked her out of the escape pod
  3. Thanks for offering to help. Frame rate locked with msi afterburner at 59 and can verify in game. I don't have z-fighting. Scenery does not flicker either during the day or at night. In the countryside at night as I move my viewpoint the image blurs slightly until I hold the view steady, at which point the smeared objects stabilize. I am wondering if this is supposed to mimic difficulty seeing at night? Daylight, cloudy days, foggy days none are a problem. Dungeons or caves are no problem day or night. Only nights, and only outside.
  4. Clean install of Skyrim + enb series 0.308 + vivid weathers 1.39 + vividian enb 7.50. I'm using the performance version of enbseries.ini from the vividian install. Daylight and interiors are beautiful, but outside of cities, at night, the scenery seems to smear when I move my characters view. As if the refresh rate of the monitor's pixels can't keep up. I've got the horsepower (I7 6700K + 16 GB DDR4 + 2 titan x's (maxwell not pascal) in sli with force alternate frame rendering 2 set). Anyone else seeing this? Is it tweakable? Thanks.
  5. I had this "wrinkly face" bug happen to Cait and to my player character at times. More often the texture just flickers and is not quite right. I wish I know how to prevent it. To fix: Open console, click on Piper to get her ID number, then type "slm <ID number> to open the character editor. Escape out of the console, then open Extras > Makeup. Scroll down a couple of options until you see her face revert back to normal. IMPORTANT: escape out, without making any changes to her existing makeup or other features. Accept the character when prompted, and exit the show looks menu.
  6. I've been running Skyrim 1.9.32 since that patch came out. When I opened Steam in online mode today, Skyrim was one of the games with an "update queued" by it. I've got about 120 mods installed and I can tell you that this makes me nervous wondering what the heck this might break. Has there been another update recently (like in the last couple of months)?
  7. I would try going to the Mod Organizer\mods folder and doing a file search for reproccer.esp. I've had to do something similar to locate the mod that an esp belonged to.
  8. Played all last year without this problem. Did a fresh update of ENB and all my mods (about 120) staring from a vanilla profile (using Mod Organizer). First load went without a hitch. Subsequent loads - CTD more than half the time. This year I'm trying Skyrim Realistic Texture Overhaul, which may be increasing the amount of data to load on startup. What seems to work ATM is hitting shift+F12 to disable the ENB at the menu, load the save, then re-enable the ENB. The CTDs only occur on loading saves. Once in the game, I run mostly very smoothly (see below) without crashes. I've found that occasionally, especially after using showracemenu, I'll go from a usual 59fps down to about 10-15. Only thing that seems to fix that is save, exit to desktop and reload. I'm still trying to figure that one out. I may try disabling ENB before doing the racemenu thing and see if it helps. EDIT: Went into my Users\...\AppData\Local\Skyrim folder - even though I didn't think I had any duplicate listings in the loadorder or plugins.txt files. Surprise!! The only plugins listed were for the base game and DLCs that were dated last May when I first installed the game on this rig. Copied the files from my ModOrganizer profile into this folder and have had no trouble loading saved games. Yes! Regarding the drop to 10 fps - unloading ENB prior to showracemenu seems to fix it, while not doing so results in a severe framedrop. Still testing that.
