  1. I know the characters are small but I was wondering if anyone is working on or knows a way to have more color choices in skin color, hair and 2 armor colors? Or a way to change them in save games or whatnot, Thanks...
  2. The game is amazing and when I started it I was in complete awe of how beautiful it is. I can't understand how people can complain about the graphics. I also defended almost everything about the game because there are limitations, brought on by the engine, by money and by time. But asI got closer to the end, a few things started to really irk me. The biggest and most glaring was doing quests for the Dark Brotherhood. - I killed the Emperor's cousin in cold blood in front of over a dozen people and I just had to pay a fine??? - I killed the fake emperor and several people saw me as I escaped -they obviously know my face as I am a thane in Solitude. But pay my fine and all is forgiven? - The Emperor knows that the Dark Brotherhood will get him but he doesn't bother having two or more guards standing next to him at least until he gets back to Cyrodil? This could easily have been fixed by creating some kind of disguise or Dark Brotherhood armor that HAD to be worn during their executions and you HAVE to run away or stand and fight. That's just sloppy as all hell. I applaud Bethesda for giving a possibility of destroying the Dark Brotherhood -though it's very easy to miss. Honestly I would have also liked a possibility of taking out the Thieves Guild. And I married Derkeethus, the Argonian -so why is he never at my home that I asked him to stay at and always running back to Darkwater Crossing? I ask him how the store is and he gives me money, but when he's in Darkwater Crossing he just hangs out in a tent. There are far too many cool things that happened in the game for me to mention and over-all I absolutely loved the game, but once the Dark Brotherhood quests started taking off it really kind of put a damper on it. Especially a contract to kill Narfi -that I refused to carry out. It should have told me who requested the Narfi kill so I could show them the pointy end of my Sword. As long and involved as the game is I take a dozen or so false starts to get used to it and decide which race/sex I want to look at for the entire game -then I play through once. I doubt I'll ever play it again even with mods. Still, I feel I got my money's worth.
  3. It's not that anyone wants this stuff, I want this stuff too. Grown people should be completely capable of saying "I want this" without having a 4 year old tantrum and talking crap. If you think the people talking with reason are the loudest complainers, you haven't been reading the forums since before the CK came out. They easily COULD have done that before release... but is it so hard to understand they were doing other things? They weren't just laying around twiddling their thumbs. A few of those things were purposely not put in the game for whatever reasons. Say they had put spears in the game but made them melee only... then people like you would be freaking out because you could not also throw the spears. If everything in that video had been in the game, people like you would still be griping because something else was missing. But ignorance and entitlement are the world we live in and I need to accept that and do my best to just ignore the children.
  4. Whether you guys like it... Whether is is "fair" or not... This game was built to work on consoles as well as the computer. Apparently some things that weren't included were because it wouldn't work on consoles properly. That is the world we live in and believe it or not, Bethesda is not only in this business to make games for gamers but also to make a living and support their families. The stuff in the gamejam was created AFTER the game's release -over the space of a week and even then it had not been tested or balanced to work in the game proper. It may come in later as DLC but after the way you whiny brats are acting I wouldn't lift a finger to give you jack. So quit whining like a bunch of 4 year old crybabies and get the hell over it. GAWD I'm embarassed to even be associated with some of you pathetic children.
  5. Thanks -I remember merging on Morrowind but it is just as likely that was with a seperate program.
  6. THIS! Just because the creators set this up in a week doesn't mean they are fully implemented and game ready. YES, they can be implemented and debugged and made to work, but every game has to go through a process of what to put in and what to leave out for a logical release. I swear people get so worked up about things, feeling as if they were purposely left out just to piss people off or to make money later. The childish ignorance on display is sad.
  7. So there is no way to merge ESPs -or this thread just disappeared into the night?
  8. Kind of makes me want to put the game on the shelf for a couple or so months and see what is going to be released.
  9. Now that the CK is out, is there a way to do it with the CK? I remember being able to do it in Morrowind but that was a long time ago and my memory fails.
  10. It surprised me too but there were 3 or 4 Mudcrabs sitting on this little piece of land in the river where you'll often find the sabretooth (SE of Whiterun) and nothing else nearby. I don't use any mods that affect gameplay -just mainly graphics. The only thing I can imagine is that Sabretooths hit REALLY hard but don't have a ton of hitpoints themselves. I was around level 10ish. People complain about so many things in this game but the creatures that attack each other was a feature that surprised me in a good way. Especially when a dragon won't come down to attack me but he attacks a creature and I'm able to get in on the aggro. And if a giant helps me smack down a dragon -even better. He won't even attack me after no matter how close I am. It's like we have a sense of comeraderie. If only we could high five, but that would probably kill me.
  11. Mudcrabs can be scary. I was playing with fish in a river and I see a couple dead slaughterfish float past me and I don't think anything of it. Then a dead sabretooth floats past me so I look up river and I swear the Mudcrabs were looking straight at me like they were daring me to come (bleep) with them.
  12. Yeah, the Elven and Glass are the exact helms that I was disappointed in for Argos and Khajs. I don't understand the need for a redesign instead of a simple adjustment to fit. I ended up fooling around with a crown version of the elven helm to work on my khajiit and retextured it to work for glass as well, but I don't think the alterations I made would work for Argonians. I would love to see the Glass helm design from Morrowind in Skyrim but at least the current version is better than Oblivion's Glass set. And I agree Psycho -I wish they were a little more "beastly" -but I'm thrilled to have beast race options.
  13. I stopped reading right there.... I wish I had too.
  14. Argonians and Khajitt have unique helm meshes due to their heads being different shaped. Even orcs have different versions of some helms. So the helms are specifically designed a little different. I use a mod that let's you craft a circlet version of every most every type of helm. As for the boots, the boot issue was easily fixed in Morrowind when the Khajiit and Argonians had beast legs by removing the shoe part of the boot and just having shin guards. Such an easy fix that was finally implemented by modders. I haven't looked into it in Skyrim but its hardly required since they humanized the legs.
  15. But since I unpacked ALL of the game textures -the BSA wouldn't do anything, would it?
