I read the logs, it opens localization folder each time but for some reason it can't display the text. I think for sure it's the version problem. First of all, the author of "Holy Sepulchre Gear (with standalone version)" have to update his mod for compatibility with game version 1.4.+, because the "text_ui_items.xml" file in localization folder he changed is obsolete (it's for version 1.3.- 1.3.4) and the new one (for versions 1.4+) contains many strings added by developers for new items and other changes in text localization. Always be sure that the mods you're try to use are correspond to your game version. If to speak in general, this is the problem with incompatibility of localization files and may be appearing when you try to use mods with the identical changed localization files which overwrite each other. In your case, mod "Holy Sepulchre Gear (with standalone version)" contains localization file "english_xml.pak" with changed "text_ui_items.xml" file inside. Check all your installed mods that contents localizaition files and find which of them changes "text_ui_items.xml" file too. Then merge them and the issue will be solved.
