what do you want to do with the restoration skill? something like have a ring on that drains 50 damage and keep healing untill the other kills himself? i would like to help, although i'm not a great modder.

perhaps you could do everything you usually do, with a couple of bodyguards. (but you always have to be the good guy, and can't steal or kill, because there always are guards around you)
