  1. Just reinstalled the game from steam for the first time in years, decided to install over 18 Mods to play. Installed the Localization fix, the patch unifier for goty/1.3x and the script merger thingie. Installed most mods with NMM, double checking if any mods needed anything manually installed and did so. But STILL, when I open the game I get this error while Compiling Scripts:

  2. Hello, I've gotten Stardew Valley from Steam a few days ago and have played it with mods since day one. I currently play with 94 mods.

    I'm having a problem after mine level 15, whenever Cave Flies appear, they spawn infinitely, slowing the game down, making it impossible for me to escape or fight the damn buggers due to lag. The only thing I can do to get unstuck is using smapi debug commands to warp me out of the mines.

    I only had 1 mod that changed anything related to monsters, Pacifist Valley, which I have already unistalled, but the problem persists.

    So... I have googled the problem, but couldn't find anything about this... and I have no idea how to solve it so here I am!

     

    EDIT: I thought I had uninstalled Pacifist Valley but in fact, I hadn't. uninstalling it solved my problem. I'll report this bug on the mod's page.

  3. Thank you very much for such a detailed reply, Dmitrias!! I'll follow that guide and try to work with both managers at the same time since I do not trust my abilities to figure out which .daimod files I can install with Frosty ajhdbjhd

    I've seen so many different info about these softwares and I didn't know which ones were up to date or not so this helped a lot! ♥

     

    Aaah I spent the whole day redownloading my mods, but didn't get around to try and install any yet, lol. I'll let ya know if I bump into any issues.

  4. So.. it's been 3 years since I last played DA:I and when I came back today to find a brand new mod manager around and I'm bit lost...

    I've downloaded Frosty, and I'm working on redownloading my mods. But I've seen some people mentioning there are still some mods that are in the dai format.

    Can I use both DAITool and Frosty together?

    And as for how frosty works, can I download my mods into the FrostyModManager\Mods\DragonAgeInquisition folder, or shoudl I put tehm in a different folder and then import them with the software?

    Is there anything else I need to know set-up/software wise?

  5. I've been trying to find out if my stuttering is being caused by mods.

    I've played fallout 4 in this computer before even with some mods and it was fine, but ever since i had to repair my windows my game has been stuttering. (I've downloaded more mods as well)

    ooh hello! Yes, some of these ideas have already been made reality by the amazing mod creators!

    But yeah, I think somethings will stay in Limbo till the GECK release.... I hate the suspense... D:

    There's already a mod that let's you "craft" cats I have it in my game but I haven't tested it due to lack of empty milk bottles in my inventory... xD

    Still want to see the pet aspect expand with more mods but I guess we'll have to wait! D:

  7. Seriously nexus admins, you should have WARNED people that the beta updates are DESTROYING games before telling us that it's a frigging FIX for loading times.

    ARGH, now my game is stuttering like crazy!

    Looks like even my earlier save is contaminated and this is the earliest I'll go, i spent 24 hours building that house in sanctuary hills!

    I guess it's probably a mod that's not updated, so I need your help to identify it.

    Do you guys know of any mods that are causing this?

  9. Hello I was wondering if it's possible to make a utility program to allow anyone to create their own radio replacement?
    I was also wondering if after the creationKit is released it could be updated to make the radio not a replacement but a whole new frequency?

    I don't enjoy much the songs from the game but listening to music WHILE playing is such an immersion breaker.

Hello, since I'm having a couple of ideas of things I want to see in-game, I'm going to concentrate all of them in one post, and I'll be adding more of them as I think of them; I know that probably all of them would need the creation kit to be released, i just thoght it'd be nice to put these ideas out there already.

     

    1.Steampunk Feathered Dress:

    The Feathered dress is gorgeous, but I want to see it without the "feathers" and in a steampunk color Scheme.

     

    2.Steampunk Clothing/Armor:

    I love steampunk, and would love to see new clothing with this theme.

     

    3.New Valentine: umm... kind of made?

    I want to give our dear Valentine a face job. Make it look more like a brand-new synth instead of a decaying one.

     

    4.Lovely Valentine:

    I know this has already been suggested, but I'm gong to add it anyway: ROMANCE VALENTINE. PLEASE.

     

    5.Bring your husband/wife back from the dead:

    Find a way to add your husband/wife as your ROMANCEABLE companion? (maybe make it a synth, for lore-friendly purposes.)

     

    6.Add more items to Crafting mode:

    I WANT MORE FURNITURE. Specially the ones from the institute. WHY CAN'T I HAVE BRAND NEW LOOKING STUFF. < we have this

    Steampunk themed ones would be good too. < still don't have this

     

    7.Enable Crafting mode in the Director Quarters: Haven't tested it, but it's already a thing.

    I was really sad when I noticed I couldn't modify the Director quarters...

     

    8.Working Shower:

    I was ALSO REALLY SAD when I noticed we couldn't actually use the shower from the institute... :c

     

    9.CAT PET:

    I want to be able to have a cat, I know there's already a mod that adds a cat as a companion, but I want to see other textures and I'd probably want it to stay at my home in Diamond City or at the Director's Quarters. (I won't be wandering about with it.)

     

    10. Child:

    I want to be able to have a child. PERIOD.

     

    11.Multiple followers:

    Having more than one follower at a time.

     

    12.NEW HAIRS:

    OF COURSE WE NEED NEW HAIRS. < WE NEED EVEN MORE HAIRS. WHERE ARE THE HAIRS.

     

    13.Crafting: done!

    Make all weapon and armor craftable

     

    14.More walls: Done!

    I want new types of walls, like concrete.

     

    15.Butler:

    I'd like to have a Synth butler! or even a Ghoul butler? A new Mr Handy Butler? I WANT BUTLERS.

  13. I did download a GUI, but it won't work, because I can't type in any commands! when I type anything, nothing shows up in the program, it just stays black no matter what I type.

    The same goes for the GUI's features!
