Thank you all. I started by doing Halendia's suggestion and disabled everything at the same time via NMM but decided to just go into mod folders and then game folders and delete all to just do a fresh install. if i do it agian ill follow the instructions in fiewiels link and ive saved it for future use :)

Hi all, Ive got well over 100 mods, I stopped playing for 6 months or so and my list is a mess. Also just upgraded to a new graphics card so going to try out some nice 4k textures etc. Finally im getting alot of bugs in the game no doubt caused by not playing much so not keeping things updated. Bottom line is id rather just strip everything away and start building up my mod list again what is the clean quick and easy way to do this? Thanks for your time :)

Sorry I cant offer help but can say Im experiencing what sounds like the same problem. All great during 1.5 now I get stutters and the game often freezes during loading screens or the racemenu. Infact if I try to change the sex of a character even at the start of the game i get instant CTD. I Have over 100 mods and Sharpshooter ENB active but im against getting rid of them all till im sure itll make a difference and from what ive heard from others it doesn't. Any advice is very welcome.

same for me seems to be happening to a lot of people since 0.16.4. Ive tried installing manually and it worked fine but id rather not keep doing it that way' long term.
