[Need crash help]

My modded SkyrimSE crashes when I attempt to horse carriage ride to Dawnstar for a reason I haven't been able to find and I thought someone on here might have similar mod list as what i use is mostly popular things: GameMode=SkyrimSE

This is my current load order I've disabled random things I thought might be causing it but I sometimes can currently make it past the loading screen and spawn in Dawnstar but if I attempt to just look around towards the main part of the town it crashes. I won't be able to respond to this post for a little while so I hope someone can easily figure out my problem without asking me to troubleshoot anything, thank you.
