Error due to file name - cannot save file to website - why?

I am trying to add an optional file to my mod page. The file is rar. The file name is ATATplus50 No special characters, just letters and numbers. But I keep getting the error: The file name can only contain letters, numbers, spaces, brackets, periods, hyphens "-" and underscores "_" Screenshot attached My original mod was offline.cheats.v1. No problems there. Is the website having an issue denying people uploads?
