Good Day, What I'm interested in is a light armor suit that can provide various enhancements by converting radiation to energy to power these enhancements. (Something like the Chinese Stealth Suit?) - The suit itself would have an average weight for full light armor suit with helmet. As is, without power (no radiation available) it would provide only light protection. It would provide complete protection from all radiation, both environmental and consumed, as the suit absorbs radiation from all sources. - The suit would absorb and store radiation which is converted to energy to power various suit enhancements (base level and advanced). - Base level enhancements would include increased strength, increased endurance, increased dexterity, increased perception, increased speed, increased VATS performance, increased armor protection (normal background environmental radiation levels should be sufficient to power these continuously). The HUD would show radiation absorption rate, how much stored energy is available and that basic services are active. - The suit would also store excess energy absorbed beyond base level needs (unlimited or set a maximum stored top limit?) - Advanced services, which are powered from the stored energy, would include enhancements such as night/thermal imaging, stealth field, turbo speed, rebreather, energy field (armor) protection, healing/regeneration. Each enhancement would have it's own rate of energy use with duration/effects only being limited by the amount of stored energy available; the more stored energy the longer the enhancement or greater it's effects (restore player health from a full charge?). - Advanced services would be activated via a PipBoy Menu. Activated services would show up on the HUD with a countdown time remaining indicator (in the case of healing an increasing scale of percentage of full health restored). Sounds simple enough? Any ideas on how this could be accomplished would be greatly appreciated.
