  1. Sorry to resurrect the old topic, but there's a couple more things to add: * Aside the well-known 5:6:5 16-bit format causing crashes on Windows 7, SSE also hates... * Textures that don't have enough levels of mipmaps (or some of them skipped - my personal thanks to ENBoris for helping to figuring it out) * Textures that aren't of proper square sizes (I ran across a normal map that would crash the game no matter the compression/mipmap combo, because it was 2048x2049)
  2. Sorry for reviving this topic, but I think it might be related. About week ago, I've discovered something very strange. Long story short, due to shortage of hard drive space, I've removed all unnecessary .omod files from OBMM's "mods" directory (I have a copy of them on my secondary hard drive anyway). To my unpleasant surprise, at the next launch of OBMM it appeared that stupid piece of C#-ware deleted files associated with (now missing) .omod's. Like this, OBMM corrupts modded Oblivion installations. Always. P.S. Now converting all .omod to .7z and never installing anything with OBMM again.
  3. Hello, this is my first post at The Nexus Forums and the English is not my native language, so please bear with me for a while. ^_^' First, I'd like to sincerely thank Iliana for this marvelous creation (if she'll ever read this thread). Next thing, I'd like to say I'm totally disappointed that the modification is not available for download anymore, but far more I'm disappointed by lamers and trolls who can't even imagine how hard it is to create something as complex and beautiful as TES4 global modification (especially with such a trashware like Construction Set). My words aren't coming out of frustration though, I'm doing lots of programming\texturing\modelling at part-time job and as hobby, and got used to see many stupid comments at own support forum\homepage, so for the long time of seeing such disgraceful messages posted by complete dorks, I've learned one thing - all you must do about them is ignore them. So, the best thing you can do - say "I like it, so I'm doing this for myself in the first place, and if someone doesn't like it, then this person's opinion is not worth of my attention." :) See? Everything is really that simple. The hardest part is to prove the above to yourself, though. Sincerely yours, dsp2003.
