So I just got an entirely new computer that I built myself. I installed Skyrim, installed some mods and got to playing. It wouldn't run on my last computer because it apparently just wasn't good enough, but now that I've got this new one, I thought everything would be okay. Randomly, either upon loading the game or after playing for around 15-20 minutes, my game will either CTD with no error or just stop responding. It's not a hardware issue because this computer is brand new and very powerful and has no reason for this to be happening. I'll attach my load order here. LOOT says there's no issue. I'm using Mod Organizer and I set my left panel to best match the right side panel. I crash when doing most things in the game and I'm getting angry. Can somebody please, for the love of God, help me? I'm getting tired of this.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice, deleting everything related to Oblivion from my computer, every fix, but nothing works. The uninstall has the same problem. Every time I click "Play" on the launcher, it goes to the user account control and asks me if I want to allow it to make changes to my computer. Clicking on "Yes" starts the launcher again, and clicking play does the same thing, over and over until it tells me that it can't find the executable. Someone please help me, i'm getting desperate.

And of course, removing dragonborn this far in crashes the game after startup.

Also, I heard that the Dragonborn DLC breaks the mod, and lucky me, I have Dragonborn installed. Could that be the problem?

Both are up to date, as well as NMM, but there's not an option in MCM that shows an enable feature. I can craft items at the forges and cast the spells and what-not, but the dialogue doesn't appear. I have the amulet on and the enchantment active, but still nothing. I can change the settings for the dialogue on MCM, but no dialogue appears.

Sorry that this list is so long, but I honestly have no clue which mod might be doing it. EDIT: It's none of these mods, just uninstalled them all and tried playing again, still didn't work, so it's a problem with the mod itself, not a problem it has with my other mods.

I only listed them because I wouldn't know which one of these would be getting in the way.

Setting my speech to 99 didn't make any dialogue pop up. Do I need all the perks in the speechcraft skill as well?

I have the amulet on, dialogue doesn't work, but the spells do. No dialogue options at all, I used NMM to install, but theres no options for sex in any of the chat for anyone in Whiterun or Riften. Help?
