God someone needs to make a Dummies guide to install this. I see you need notepad++. and paths are not even showing up. This section is as confusing as the first.

Which do I start with FOMM or fose or doe that matter. been since 2009 since I wrked on my personal mod. Need a propre setup up. Other mods Not so interested. Just the basic to produce what was long over due. My system crashed and lost all back in the day then got tired. now I have shadermap4 and free time and old files. I can finish in a couple of months. Just need a sound fomm mainly fose combined. they seem to crash

I had the load order down long ago still do alil. I am picking up on a mod that I never finished back in 09. what do I need to install 1st. The FOMM, FOSE windows live disabler (that was issue long ago)
I just need to know the main managers other than the Nexus mod manager cause I never had luck with that thing. I worked on an adventure mod that was 9 month in making then crashed all. then in 2010 redone it then same crap happened so I gave up. trust me I know how to make everything know every line of dialogue cause thats when I learned from Crow Bennet the radio and basic dialogue and more. I cant get the retarted SkyrimSe working (I done ever trick known to man doesnt work that game is a freaking wasted load). SO Im back to old faithful (hope she doesnt losse it). Working on my long haul adventure cant give details but to say. Its unique as the cube.

There was a mod in FO3 that I think was called settlers. It was like over time a camp grew up. Now that many better modders are out. It is possible to make a mod that allows you to contribute like a turn based and build parts of a house then many houses then town then city. Then bring ppl into it as followers do ets then patrols. Just an idea. Is possible. I see many mods that can be segwayed into one great open world like ceasar game or old stronghold

Yea I keep have thei registry error from the patch. I go to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout 3 but seems it is crap. When modding never use steam for any fallout. I used to have it out side steam but somehow it segwayed into it and screwed up my mods. all lost now

I have done everything that is supposed to be done in the installation of geck to steam and I get the registry error from the pact. I go to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout 3. I even went to that and into data. still same crap. updated direct x.

There are a couple of good one but it depends on what you like. One is Minecraft (lego looking) but found my self hooked on the ecocitycraft server cause there people arnt so ready to just kill u. and another is APB that one is a free game but like GTA but with teamwork. antoniobradiano is name in both

I hear ya. Got to be the best game of all times, I think it is the ability to alter the game add new quest and etc. Plus it give them free ideas to use without paying others. I just hope the come out with a Fallout 5

Yea I had the same issue with steam in the beginning. But finally got other games working. My recomendation is to get anything that bethesda does out side steam "almost impossible now but there are some volumes at walmart still there. or old pc store etc. Any mod building I do I stay away from Steam. But b glad to help if I can.

Try the windows live diabler. And I will try to find that topic about reducing to 2 cores. I had to do that on one system and it worked fine and stopped crashes as on a different os I dnt have to so. I will search to find that for you.

go into properites of the geck and set as administrator. Get the geck powerup NV. and it also depends if u have it installed in the root or data. Must be in the rook (1st folder).

try lowering all your options to low

I know. even the youtube video`s suck. I have the poastsgl in and running. cant get the notepad++ path crap understood.
I have all tools in proper. but the paths. make no since.
