I was wanting to know if it is possible to reinstall the fomm and fose without having to reinstall Fo3. It has been awhile and am very rusty and it all. I spent the whole evenin refreashin up on the Geck, world space and didnt want to attempt the fomm and fose without an experienced hand. What are the best fose (if there are different ones now or not) and other new addons and what order would u recomend. I have a I3 8gb ram and the geforce 550ti. Im sure the list is huge but just looking to add the basics that allow all options.

I have a question for the experienced. I am working on an inside building and was needing a question answered. The walls within this building are a lot. If I increase the scale of the walls it will reduce the number of walls that are required (in short less objects to process, I hope). Will it make a difference in processing speed if I increased the scale of the walls as oppossed to using many walls?

Izotope5 might be alil expensive but as a musician you can cut corners or your master demo will sound like a drive in theater.

Hope one of these works. I have ran multicores in the past and had issue with xp, cause of windows live update crarp that worked on on cpu and not anothe, one of the othe was to eliminate the live uped entirly using either or both methods (cant remember). Now I did the i3 upgrade and had to reduce to the 2 core angle which doesnt recognise my graphics cards max potiental. It only reads as if Im usin my onboard graphics. So hope this was some help, dont give up.

I give steam about a 1 and a half to remain in existance. Reason is as stated about lack of customer support and poor sever quality. and mainly Dictatorship. In contrast you are not able to install the COD BO unless u have steam. sad for them.

Each Bethesda game (Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas) has it's own construction kit. This allows modders to create content for each game. Yes, you can take an item from one game, alter it however you want, and then put it in one of the other games. But you cannot simply take an item from one game and put it into one of the other games without altering it in some way first.There's no argument about it. It's illegal. You'll get banned if you do it. The end.

No I didnt,lol (seeing u been here a while) . But a lot have taken from a lot everywhere and placed here to this are. Sorry for not making myself clear enough. But as u said any content taken from any is what? Unlawful. Then you or I or anyhere cannot use the Geck and if they can then? U are as old as I but we both know wisdom doesnt come with age or knowledge it is by itself a seprate atribute that I real need of? All through this nexus and the Tes and others have things that others (as u said are in violation of) but are not in violation of. How can a company condemn the users of a editorial program that they offer to the world rightfully sue or try to convict "if" any that they them selves endores. I think this topic has served it purpose as it was started by myself, "irrelevant". If I really didnt know what I was asking how the wazue am I expected to get a proper answer?. Using the GECKs is not the issue. What would be illegal is for example copying a weapon, extracting its textures and meshes from the FO3 BSAs and then adding it directly to Fallout New Vegas. That's the kind of stuff we're saying is illegal. Now, if you want to take a weapon from FO3, retexture it and maybe even modify its meshes a bit, and then add it to Fallout New Vegas and upload it, I doubt anyone would have any problems with it at all.
Well thats isnt the case . the issue is the GECK and its content. Im trin to figure out how to bring meshes into a differnt area. In which I have found the answer ( Fomm,Gimp,Blender). So sorry about the confusion that my words dictated earlier. I should have made myself clear but at the time of seeing your own ignorance isnt as clear as it appears.But trust me I hate placators and plagerism. But been stuggling with mesh issues

Well, ignore people trying to help you if you want, but if you rip something straight from FO3 to New Vegas without modifying it somehow and then upload it here they will ban you and then you'll be saying: "Hey... those people I was insulting were right after all."
K sorry maybe I read u wrong. sorry. To me all content is self explainatory. Nothing is to be reproduced but the Geck allows it so explain what im doin wrong?

How did you get thoses trees and they looked like they were some from oblivion. Where can I download some or rather better how do I get info on the crossover if that was what was done. I been trying to figure out on adding new object as you apperantly have done ( very greate artistic work). I m just want to increase my skill in this area.

Go to the nexus and find the Morrowinds scipt pdf file. Get it and in ther it talks about the cpu usage and over doing scripts and the refresh parts so.

Go to the youtube and look up Crows Radiostation tutorial. Its pretty good to help but the video quality aint. but it is very insightful.

From this link get the PDF file on the Morrowind script manual. I was reading in there where you have local and global scripts. Plus hints on cpu usage. I know that its Morrowind but the script lingo is the same so it should answer what your asking.

Since the geck is used for both games is it possible to bring object like buildings that are not in the new vegas into it? Is for how is it done?

higtmap/ground change issue

I have noticed that when I change the ground to peebles or any othe foilage or mud. the othe areas have a darke square blocks at random areas. If I go back over them od move layer up or down they disapear. if I leave alone will that disapear in the finish of my expasnion. (In the world space area). Never mind found answer
