Is it possbile to tranfser character-looks?

I wanted to do the same thing the other day. I simply made a few screenshots of SHOWRACEMENU so I'd know where the sliders were and made my new char based on that. Not as accurate as the solution of the previous poster, but if you don't want to go all technical and aren't fussed with exact details, it does the trick.
