[Fire particles out of whack?]

they're a little hard to make out but hopefully this gives somewhat of an idea of what I need help with

Weird bug/glitch I've recently begun running into, anytime I set an enemy on fire or I'm set on fire the flames are insanely huge and sometimes obscure my vision, and they also scatter into the sky in ridiculous sizes. I'm close to resorting to disabling and re-enabling each and every mod I have just to pinpoint the culprit but of course this is something I want to try to do as a last measure.

 

If anyone has encountered this before and can provide some help it'd be greatly appreciated! :)
