Found the culprit. Pulled up my in game monitor and noticed there was a task running called "great discover.exe" that was ranking high on performance impact. Must have contracted some sort of virus at some point, but after uninstalling and cleaning out great discover I'm back to buttery smooth frames again.

After seeing an ENB featured on one of those youtube mod compilations I decided to try it out. Long story short, I decided it didn't look that much different from pre-ENB looks with my mod list and decided to remove everything ENB related from my Skyrim folder. Launched the game after cleaning that out and noticed NPCs seemingly now suddenly have a very taxing effect on my game's framerate. Before I could run a stable 60 FPS in a very crowded inn (15+ NPCs) and 45-50 in the market area of JK's Whiterun. Now I'm managing about 7-10 FPS in the same inns and 15ish Whiterun. However, other exterior areas like a battle that Warzones would implement somewhere randomly in the world with upwards of 20-30 NPCs doesn't seem to have nearly as much of a performance hit at somewhere between 30-40 FPS. As a footnote wide open areas or interiors with no or few NPCs still have upwards of 50 FPS and usually a stable 60 indoors. Before this issue started my in-game monitor would show about 10% CPU usage, 90%+ GPU usage, and 90%+ VRAM usage. At first it remained mostly the same with the exception of my GPU was now only operating at 60-70% capacity. However, launched in today and my frames are even slower and CPU is running around 70% with GPU running anywhere from 50-70% Specs: Intel® Core i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super 32GB Memory Anybody have ideas on what's causing the bottleneck? Is there a certain way to properly uninstall ENBs that I just totally screwed up? Even so I'm not sure how that would effect NPCs on my system. Also, yes it is a heavily modded playthrough but nothing else was changed so I know it's not a conflict of mods. Installed ENBoost per instructions, then Eisvogel V2, and then removed all ENB related files/folders from the main skyrim folder with .exe's in it.

I've found problems similar to mine, but not exactly. Nonetheless, I tried the fixes to the similar ones to no avail. My Fallout has an odd bug that I can't find anyone else having. About 75% of the time, if I so much as look at the map, I become stuck in place. I can look around, ready my weapons, etc.. Just stuck in place. I cannot fast travel either, and I am forced to quit to desktop, and start the game over. It started happening after I came home from Army basic training, so my computer had been sitting and I know nothing at all was different than when I left. Like I said, sometimes, it works just fine. I can look at my map and/or fast travel just fine. I'll get done playing and come back later, again without changing anything, and I'm once again stuck from looking at the map. Anyone know what might be causing this?

Also I forgot to mention I tried uninstalling then re-downloading the mod and re-installing it to no avail.

After the update that allowed mod profiling which would've been 0.60......something or other. Anyways, after I updated and re-installed all my mods ran loot cleaned again with tes5edit everything was back to normal except two things. One is a slight graphical issue but the point is about RND. The MCM recognizes it and it appears with my other mods MCMs but when I select it to go into the options all it shows is the title screen with no other menus to start it or manage any of the options. I still have the check needs power but I can't start the mod because there are no options in the MCM just the title screen with the RND logo. Anybody have an idea what the problem is?

I must admit sometimes I like to play my game a little overpowered. I have been searching for a mod that allows you to obtain all the powers from all the black books at one time. Does anyone know if a mod like this exists?

So to start off I am very very VERY challenged when it comes to computers so if anyone decides to help expect me to know nothing. I was running RealVision ENB on Skyrim and I had an average FPS of around 40 and then I came across the Far Off ENB for COT and ELFX. The description claimed better performance than RealVision and to me the graphics looked more to my preference. I downloaded the mod and carefully followed the directions for installation. After that was finally done and I got in game the FPS counter was reading an average just under 10. If anybody knows what I could do to solve this outside of switching back to RealVision the help would be greatly appreciated.

OK, I downloaded the legendary scoped bows pack. I told the author of the mod that I wanted a glass bow with sights from some of the other bows so he explained how to copy and paste branches in nifskope. I did this everything looked like it would work so I loaded up the game and the bow itself has textures but the sights are that odd pinkish solid looking color. I went back in to nifskope opened the texture path there and the same thing. At this point I'm stuck because it was working fine before my game completely crashed and I had to reinstall it.

So I had chatted with outlaw666 about his sniper bows asking how to create them because I was going to make my own custom one using his bows to piece together my own. I had it working fine but something in my Skyrim goofed and I had to uninstall everything. So, I had to start over with my bow which I had no problem until the textures came in. I copied all the textures from the other bows' pieces into my bow's texture folder and the sights do not have any textures. So if someone could help me that would be great this issue is making me believe I have anger issues.

By some act of God I managed to work a bow into what I was wanting to do with it, got it in the game and then it crashed when I scrolled over it. I had the author of the mod tell me that all I had to do was remove the .nif ending from any nitrishapes. I do not know how to do this so if anybody could give a step by step tutorial with screenshots of what I should be looking for that would be great.
