Exactly what the title says. I have never made a mod before, and I would like to start, but don't know what to do. Any help is appreciated

btw, do you know how to make mods, because unfortunately i dont, but i want to learn

unless you put in something like the guardian knights, who are knights that transform into a dragon

why would it need to stay lore friendly? They aren't from Nirn, but we can make them look like they took on Dwemer aspects to blend in

I would like to request a new transformers race/armor mod that adds in customizable characters, rather than just Starscream and Arcee as the only models. If you can make it transform into something, bonus points. Also, if you are able to add in weapons similar to the old Dwarven mechanical equipment mod, bonus bonus points.

for some reason my spacesuits gloves clip through my characters hands, even the ones that aren't modded. I'm not sure if it is the guns or something else

Or the versions of these factions from Star Wars The Old Republic

One mod I would like to see made is a mod that either adds in The Old Republic from Star Wars The Old Republic as a new faction, or replaces the UC with it

In the instructions on the mod page, it says to put the .exe in the folder, and I know what I'm suppose to do, but whenever I download it, I don't get an .exe file, I get a .7z file. the author has locked the comments and said not to dm him, so I cant ask him directly

If I need to manually install the mods, I could use some help with that. I've never done that, I've always used vortex.

I've downloaded about 25 different mods for the game, but none of them seem to be working at all. I've tried starting a new game, but that didn't work. anyone have any other ideas i can try to fix this?

I was wondering if anyone can either make or teach me how to make a mod that adds a Mandalorian stile flamethrower
