So far I've got a whole bunch of graphics mods, ironsight mod DC interior fellout project reality pipboy pda EVE project beauty How do you integrate modded weapons so the NPC and ennemies will end up using them?

Hello, I bought fallout 3 when it first came out. Since then, I've lost my discs so haven't been able to play in years. I just redownloaded fallout 3 and all the 5 expansion packs and I would like to have suggestions on what mods to add to the game such as : -Weapons (old fallout and todays guns) -graphics (I have a very good computer.. gtx 690, core i7 overclocked, 12Gb ram, SSD) -added difficulty (I had no trouble finishing the game at hard once, so I don't want it to be too easy, I'd like more monsters or stronger monsters) -More random events (merchants, ambushs, traps, gore) Please suggest me anything!
