[Selecting a female at character creation crashes game]

OK, I went through every mod relating to females, and I think it's http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25259/? Remodeled Armor for CBBE Bodyslide and TBBP HDT. (This changes the prisoner outfit you start with which is why it happens at character creation) Whoops. Strange thing is, I've followed that mod's installation criteria and I have everything I need (CBBE, HDT, xp32 skeleton, realistic ragdolls and force, SKSE.) Hopefully it'll be as simple as deactivating everything again, then installing everything for just this mod, test it, install everything else. Hopefully.

No, I'm not using ECE. Should I be? I've reset all my chargen data, so i'll try rebuilding it carefully and see what exactly goes wrong.

I know this issue has been tossed around a bit, but all those issues are to do with apachii hair overloading racemenu and crashes the game and everyone just says "go download racemenu precache killer, that'll fix it!" However, I am using both apachii and precache killer together, so I think it may be more due to a load order problem with HDT and xp32 skeleton or soemthing like that

 

EDIT 1: Tried uninstalling apachii hair just in case, and it crashed the ENTIRE game. Can't even load the main screen now. Also, I noticed I forgot to actually ask a question :/ So, does anyone know what the cause is? what's the fix? I'm using Mod Organizer for my load order, so I'm at a loss myself over here...
