[Female Head skin texture issues]

Ok so after intense combing through mods, I've found the culprit.

This was adding textures and overwriting all my skins due to it being at the top of the load order. Why does this mod have skin textures??? I don't know.

[Female Head skin texture issues]

I'm using MO2 to install skins for my females but whenever I install them, they end up looking exactly the same for some reason. Bijin, Pride of Valhalla, Demoniac, Pure, etc.

 

I've been troubleshooting by testing vanilla skyrim (launching from steam).

Launched MO2, then SKSE with no mods selected.

Launched SKSE with USSEP, Alternate Start, and various skins selected.

 

I feel like there's something overriding the head or mesh even though there's nothing in my overwrite folder. The skins looks nothing like the images in the mod pages.
