I had the user perform a reboot of the PC, fresh installation, and new download of the Collection. Those actions did not work.

Collection, https://next.nexusmods.com/7daystodie/collections/puzatr What steps did you take before you encountered the error? Try to download the Collection, none of the mods will install. What is the specific error message you received? (Provide a screenshot if possible): None of the mods are installing, getting an error for every mod stating "Unexpected modinfo.xml format" I am the curator of the Collection, and have been trying to troubleshoot this issue for one of my users. I and hundreds of other users have confirmed these are good mods that function correctly with Vortex. But I cannot explain why this one user is getting these errors.
