  1. Thank you very much! Yeah I was hoping I could get somebody to speak Chinese at that section
  2. Thank you! I will try my hardest to make this a thing! Awesome! I will be sure to contact you later once the GECK comes out and we start building the world. Thank you a lot!
  3. Hello Nexus, I wound like to update on the production of the project so far. The writers have been writing dialogue for the first section of the main questline, revising the entire questline to make it as good as possible and to go into much detail as possible, and have started conceptualizing followers found throughout the world. I would like to present a few followers such as: Eagle Eagle is a complete maniac. He mistakes the Overseer as the person who took his psycho earlier, so he tries to pick a fight with him. The player can give him psycho to make him back off, and he replies very kindly to the Overseer, allowing you to ask for him to be a follower. Eagle has a very rough gravelly voice, and finds anything that causes other people harm amusing. Whenever he’s not fighting someone, he's always drinking or using chems. His personality is that of a super mutant - stupid and aggressive - but once someone is nice to him, he becomes one of the most caring people you could meet. Eagle has a bulky build with spiky raider hair wears a leather jacket (along with any scraps he can find on the road), and carries a bull barrel 44. revolver. He can be found in a tavern in Trumbull. Murphy After completing the quest “Wannabe Hero” (in which you escort murphy to pike place) you can then recruit Murphy as a companion. The player can then talk to him about his backstory, and about how he traveled from the east to find fame and fortune, after he heard stories about thriving communities in the Seattle Wasteland. On his travels, he was walking through a forest where He encountered two gangs, the Hounds of Hell and the Torn Sky. After fleeing from the Hounds of Hell, leading them to the Torn Sky, a massive firefight between the two gangs erupted. The firefight was ended by a large group of mutated chipmunks that killed all of the gang members. Far east in the map you can find the remains of both gangs, where you can find outfits of each gang, with the Hounds of Hell logo, a snarling dog on the back, and a Torn Sky outfit, with two blue slashes on it. He is equipped with a blue flannel and worn down pants. He has a pip boy and he uses a scoped silenced SMG, called the Perforator. Murphy has short hair and a beard. R.U.S.T.Y. R.U.S.T.Y. (Robotic-Uhmurikin’-Super-Tactical-Yeehaw!) is a robotic companion with the features of a protectron from the waist up, and the features of a sentry bot from the waist down. To obtain him as a companion, you must travel to Duvall where you can find him deactivated and stationary in front of an old trailer. You would be able to power him on by inserting a fusion core, and then he offers his services as your companion. Besides his hybrid appearance, he has an american flag hanging on a pole coming off his back, and his arms are modified to throw grenades, and use hand-held weapons such as shotguns. And there are other such as Abel, Big Betty, Sunny, Igor, and Xian. Currently the Dev team consists of Me TimeLadyKatie EmiKivel allout or 4allout I am still looking for people to help with the mod. We don't necessarily need people to help with writing, but I'm sure more writing options will open in the future. But, if you can, or even if you are just looking into it, I am still looking for music conductors, artists, voice actors, programmers, or pretty much anything that helps with the mod. Thank you for reading and have a great day!
  4. Awesome! I've never actually created a mod other than retexturing things before. I am going to learn how to use the GECK once it's released. If you would like to help you could add me on steam so we could talk more.
  5. I want to help out my fellow modders as much as possible, but I don't want to build a mod for someone. It has to be a collaborative effort, and not a 'director' doing 1% of the work and having his team do 25% of the work and then the other 74% not ever getting done. I'm giving him the chance to inspire me to join, I will not make a snap judgment right now since it is still really early. I'm just saying I expect more to be done if you want to convince me. I completely understand and I totally don't want the director situation happen with this either. The situation we are in right know does not require a 3d modeler, so I will contact you farther along in the project if we need your help.
  6. Alright awesome! I'll probably post another time once the GECK comes out to update out work so far and get more people to help develop this.
  7. It is writing every last piece of dialogue to make the story actually come alive that takes a long time. Writing a storyline is quick in comparison. I know I am just laying down the basic ideas to get ready to start on the dialogue. Hopefully I will be able to start in the next few days.
  8. I haven't been writing any dialogue at the moment but I have been researching locations for the wasteland, I've scrapped 2 entire storyline ideas so far, written 2 out of 3 storylines for the mod, and have been attempting to learn skyrim's creation kit to get ready for fallout's GECK release. I would love the help of 3d models, but I don't really have any use for them ATM since the mod is still in pre-development and the GECK hasn't been released yet.
  9. Yes! I'd totally love to have you guys help me work on this! I already have a main storyline down but it would be cool to have help with creating lore and sidequests. If you'd like you could add me on steam so we could talk about this more.
  10. Hey, I'm looking for anyone who can help me with my expansion mod, so if you want to help I'd love it!
  11. INTRODUCTION http://i.imgur.com/xGahpnp.png Hello people of the nexus, my name is Nate, and for the past month or so I have been conceptualizing this expansion mod for Fallout 4, Fallout Evergreen. The mod takes place in Seattle, Washington. This is still just an idea, and no media has been made for this yet. I am looking for people that could help me in this project. If you are/or want to be a Artist, modder, writer, music composer/creator, tester, or pretty much anything that could help with the production of the mod, I would be very happy for you to help me out, and please email [email protected] or add me on steam. Thank you and I hope you enjoy the information about the mod I have created so far below. INTRO TO PLOT http://i.imgur.com/xGahpnp.png The year is 2291, four years after the events of Fallout 4 and ten years after the events of Fallout: New Vegas. The Seattle wasteland has been covered with snow due to the seemingly never ending nuclear winter and the continuous cold front from the north. You are the overseer of Vault 1. The mod starts as you getting ready for a meeting soon, when an activation sequence gets sent from outside the vault to open the main door. The entire vault security staff piles up to the entrance room, and there is standing a squad of soldiers in power armor asking to speak to the overseer. They tell you that they are here for the nuclear core from the reactor, and if the dwellers do not comply, they will have to use force. You then hastily agree and they then leave with the core. The dwellers of the vault are immensely disappointed in you, and you volunteer to exit the vault, and search for a replacement core before the backup power drains, or worst case scenario, a new place to live. You are given a weapon, security armor, and sent out into the cold. In your wandering and searching you come across a man named Abel, a leader of a rebellion against a faction called Boulder, named The Cause. He tells you that the people who raided the vault were soldiers from Boulder, and says that they might be able to help each other. Abel is a former BoS Paladin, and was one of the few survivors of the BoS/Boulder war. He also knows something more. Something extraordinarily more important at stake. PLANNED FEATURES http://i.imgur.com/xGahpnp.png Completely new map to explore of the Seattle wasteland No voiced protagonist to allow more player choice and nothing to hold us back on content New base weapons and armor (lots more variety) Karma system not just with companions Main questline with 3 factions to choose from, good and evil. New factions along with returning factions You get to go to China for a brief part of the game. LOCATIONS http://i.imgur.com/xGahpnp.png Space Needle: Home to SkyCity, originally a Pre-War restaurant, but now a small outpost started a few years back, with only a few people living in it, due to its hard way of entry. Pike Place: A village on the frozen bay of seattle, completely surrounded by a massive wall of shipping containers. Pike Place is easily the biggest settlement in the Seattle Wasteland, and is home to Pike Place Radio. Vault-Tec Northwestern HQ: Vault-Tec's Headquarters for the northwest of the United States. The lobby has an elevator, a lot like the one located at Vault 111, that lowers into the vault located in downtown Redmond. Trumbull: Located in the pre-war industrial district, Trumbull is a ghetto filled with junkies, raiders, rejects, ghouls, or simply people who have nowhere to go. Tesla Tower: An old abandoned Poseidon Energy test facility, it is a mansion like building with a central courtyard, housing a massive tesla tower in the center. The Fall: The Pre-war town of Fall City is now entirely populated by Super Mutants, the only major location of them since they all had to travel north after the master was destroyed, just over 100 years ago. They have since used Vault 25, under the entrance bridge, since it was stocked with vats of the FEV virus, and they have used it to create more of their kind. Gasworks: A disturbing pre-war site with the rusty pipes and feral ghouls who originally were rushing to Vault 14, but instead ended up staying at the old gas plant. SIDE NOTES http://i.imgur.com/xGahpnp.png There are ideas used from canceled fallout such as PV13, Fallout: Extreme, and Van Buren. I have been creating a playlist for the radio that will show up in the mod. Click here to go to the playlist. This mod is still currently in the EARLY concept stages, and is currently just me working on this. If you are at all interested in helping or know someone who would, please email [email protected]
