I'm unsure what your current character build is, but sometimes you just have to fight fire with fire. If you've invested in your magicka reserves, try deploying some wards to deflect against their spells. This is particularly useful against large-groups of lesser enemies, or individual, greater enemies. You could also invest into the alteration tree and use some "flesh" spells to increase your armour rating. This may allow you to use light armour, and still achieve the armour rating that is gained from wearing a heavy set. Or, if like me, you don't particularly enjoy the mage set-up, you may want to invest into the Alchemy tree. This will allow you to create potent poisons to relieve your enemies of their magicka, or powerful potions to give you a greater resistance to the different elements used in the Destruction tree. This however will take some time as Alchemy is a pain to level up to a decent level. So I also recommend looking into enchanting. Here you can achieve the same results as the Alchemical approach, by adding "vampire" enchantments to your weapons, like Drain/Absorb Magicka and you can add resistance enchantments to your armour, such as Frost Resistance. I hope I helped, if you have any problems, let me know, and I'll try to help.
