I started a new character and got the 9mm pistol, which requires zero gun skill, but when I crouched and aimed my pistol was waving about like I was under skilled completely. I checked in third person mode and my crosshair didn't change size, just stayed huge no matter if I was moving, standing still, or crouching. This happens with all guns and it's really ruining the game. Can someone please help?
