I would really love this too. I'm using a mod that makes power armour much louder. It makes it really fun to fight in power armour since you sound like a tank, but it's a little annoying to be quietly browsing the shops in Diamond city while being followed everywhere by a tank. I'd like to be able to tell Danse to get out of power armour when we aren't fighting (and then of course be able to tell him to get in again when we're going on a mission).
