I think you both have extremely valid points, lol the bad thing is that Fallout 3 is basically a well done Oblivion mod, it is a house system, level up screen that you can not get out of and horribly written battery of spoken lines. I just hope this thread does not turn into a save the children brigade or a why would you want to do that argument.

So basically you want a simple retexture of a sword that is glowing, that should not be hard to do.
