Can anyone tell me where the data files are located on a windows vista system???

I have Broken Steel an have finished the main quest 3 different ways I actavite the pump Lynos actaviates the pump and so does falwwks. no matter how I finish i can not do anything after the two weeks later video i am stuck in the med lab. I cannot move out. right now i do not have the latest patch. how can i fix it.
