Does anyone have any good recommendations?

Hello, I wanted to ask the community for recommended mods to achieve the following: I would like to have S++ class female soldiers and be able to instantly pick them up "Fulton"I am building my 4th and final base, but I would like to know if there is a way to speed up the research process, it is taking days for the research to finish. Is there a way to skip the helicopter pick up and drop off rides scene? They take way too long and would love an option to teleport on the field. Thank for your recommendations. Shawmeck
