If you are looking for ways to export all the dialogue from an entire mod, xEdit has a script for that; 'Export dialogues.pas'. Should come with xEdit by default. There are also tools that may help you with dialogue, such as xTranslator or Bethesda Toolkit. Im sure you will be able to find others if you search around on the nexus. If you already have the dialogue, why not put it into the google doc first, and then deal with the CK later after you have the audio.
