I would be interested in contributing to this. I'm currently studying audio engineering so I know my way around editing audio and making it sound good, I could even edit the recordings to have sound effects/vocal effects if needed. I can also level them so they would all be the same volume and what not.

I'm just wondering why the developers never added something like that. I personally think it would only add to the immersion of the game.

One thing I noticed about Oblivion and Skyrim is there never happens to be children of the beast races in the game. I just thought it was a bit strange, I mean I'm sure Khajiits have little kitten children that are super cute. Maybe it would make an interesting mod. I don't know what do you all think of this?
