Both. Skyrim can use the XWMA format (it's a type of RIFF WAV identified as XWMA with WMAv2 bitstream), so music can be replaced in this format, as well as added to the game.

That's excellent, and the smartest way I can think of to add weathers. Fellout also changes some climates, so it'd be advisable to load this mod after Fellout. Does your colour-scheme fit in with Fellout? (This is what threw me, your colours weren't the default game) If so, I'd quite like to either bundle it or advertise it with Fellout as an optional extra.

This mod doesn't conflict with fellout From the screenshots I've seen, it should do. More info for curious modders?

Request: A mod which *only* adds rain, alters no other parts of the weather. I have no intention whatsoever to add rain to Fellout, but I still think people should have the ability to use Fellout (or another weather mod) with rain if they like, rather than have the rain mod conflict.
